Casadenza provides a 10-year limited warranty on its stone veneer products, covering them against abnormal defects in material and workmanship, including delamination from the backer.
While natural variations in color, texture, and minor flaking are considered normal characteristics, the warranty protects against manufacturing defects. However, it doesn’t cover damage from improper installation, misuse, accidents, or exposure to excessive heat and harsh chemicals.
